Day sail. Kate (Helen’s niece), Craig (Kate’s boyfriend at the time), Phil, Helen and Andy. Headed out to
Roughs
Tower
. Kate a bit under the weather, she
was very pleased when she was told that one antidote to feeling
sea-sick is eating! Anyway she soon perked up when she took the helm
and we weaved our way back into
Harwich
Harbour
. Tried to demonstrate to Kate the
importance of tying warps to the boat, but I think it may be some time
before she gets the hang of this!
