Winter Maintenance to 12 th November
We have decided to keep the boat in the water for most of the winter this year. This will mean that we can stay on the boat when we go down to do jobs and we might even get some nice days sailing in over Christmas. Andy and I went down to the boat to carry out a few jobs. We installed a new radio and CD player and serviced the engine. I filled a few holes and cleaned the oven. We had thought we might have a sail on the Sunday but decided to pressure wash the boat instead and re-calibrated the log in the marina, giving me a chance to practice spin turns and maneuvering in close quarters under Andy's tutelage.
